We proudly provide services to professional office buildings, schools & educational facilities, healthcare facilities, and industrial/manufacturing facilities. Regardless of what type of facility you have, our process for onboarding and assisting the transition to us as your cleaning service provider is time-proven and remains the same, which begins during our first sales meeting.
Our process:
- Our first sales meeting with you will include our Business Development Team and the Branch Manager from the respective branch office that will service your facility. The reason we include the Branch Manager is to give you the confidence from Day 1 that our operations team fully understands your building, provides an operational perspective for staffing, and is there to “bridge the gap” between sales and operations. Many cleaning companies “don’t execute on what’s sold”. This causes consistent and long-term problems that we avoid by having our operations team involved in the sales process from the very first meeting.
- We then create a customized proposal that includes our staffing plan which will include shifts and total labor hours. We also will lay out a plan to address any areas of concern that you may be having with your current cleaning service.
- Once our proposal is complete, we prefer to present the proposal to you in-person. It’s very informal, and during this meeting you will again meet the Branch Manager and Area Manager who will help oversee your account. We invite you to question our team on our experiences and ability to perform since our goal is to earn your confidence we will be your long-term provider.
- After being awarded your cleaning contract, the real work for us begins. We’ll conduct two or more “pre-service” walk-throughs that will help us build out the route plan and fine-tune the scope of work. We’ll ensure our hiring team and operations team are hiring the right workers and purchasing all needed equipment.
- First day of cleaning: members of our senior management team are ALWAYS on site during the first few cleanings. This is for the simple fact that it will take longer to clean and the initial cleaning takes a hands-on management approach. This is what makes us different from our competitors.
- The first 90 days after beginning your building, our senior managers will be working very closely with our team and you to ensure quality service and any adjustments that need made are made.
